I was born, raised, and spent most of my adult life in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, and it’s here that we are raising our two amazing sons.
Motherhood changed everything for me.
I went from climbing corporate ladders and productivity to realizing what I really wanted: to be home. That shift wasn’t easy — I battled depression, postpartum struggles, and the pressure to always do more.
Healing started with small steps like switching to clean products and leaning on faith and purpose, but it’s become a deeper journey of wellness and intentional living.

There’s two words you’ll see a lot in my blog posts: rhythm and glow. Because becoming a stay at home mom and a homemaker was what my soul desired, and it was God’s plan for me and my family, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I learned the hard way about mindset shifts, rhythms vs routines, and choosing daily habits that truly make you feel good… that make you glow.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about living with purpose, caring for yourself and your family, and building rhythms that truly glow. I’m so glad you’re here. 💛✨
