My Goals for My Blog Growth for November 2025
I started blogging in May of this year, but wasn’t until this fall that I decided to start taking my blog growth and Pinterest seriously. What I saw through the next few months was amazing (read about my October growth here). I worked harder than I ever had in October, publishing 14 posts and completely overhauling my site’s appearance and navigation.
I was feeling very motivated to keep momentum going in November. But, I definitely had my challenges — I am committed to a more unplugged lifestyle (read about that here) and I deleted my social media apps (I wrote a blog post about that too — read it here). That meant I had to get creative and intentional with how I spent time working on and promoting my blog (read about how I manage my business without the apps here).
November was an extremely busy time in my personal life, and I anticipated that and somewhat prepared for that by publishing as many posts in October as I did. So while I only published 4 blog posts in November, and didn’t stay very active on social media at all, I was still able to see strong growth.
And that is why I chose blogging over social media.
It keeps growing even when I have to be offline.
My goals for November were:
- Blog page views: 3,500 (same as October and September)
- Pinterest views: 100,000
Did I make it? This blog post will show you my growth, what worked, and what didn’t, and how I am planning on heading into December to finish the year strong.

Blog Website Traffic For November 2025
- Page Views: 3.34K (from 1.79K)
- Sessions (individual visitors): 3.07K (from 1.48K)

Top Traffic Sources (by sessions):
- Pinterest: 985 (from 682)
- Direct: 557 (from 396)
- RSS (Really Simple Syndication — an automatically updated feed you can set up on Pinterest, etc): 1,329 (from 289)
First User Medium/Source
This shows what traffic to my site was a referral (via links on Pinterest, Facebook, etc) or not. This shows me whether my efforts on sharing to my socials are paying off.
For November, I had 2,878 new users (people who had never visited my site before — Google Analytics tracks this with IP addresses). Of these new users, 2,318 were referred through an outside link.
This means 80% of my new visitors found my blog through links I shared on socials like Pinterest or an email list. This is HUGE! And a big reason why sharing your blog should be a very important part of your strategy!

What Worked for Blog Growth in November 2025
This month, I just let my blog be. I had a lot to focus on in my personal life, and I didn’t have the time or mental capacity to show up for my blog like I did in October. But I was able to do that guilt free.
I worked on one post at a time, aiming to get just one post out per week. And I let my scheduled pins on Tailwind do their job.
So, while my November growth wasn’t explosive, it was still steady. And that is okay. I was able to come to the end of the month fresh, inspired, and ready to get back to work for December!

My Glow Focus for December 2025
Next month I feel I’ll have a fresh perspective — and no pressure to hustle. The Christmas season is officially upon us, and it’s my favourite time of year. Read my posts about glowing through the holidays here. My focus will be staying present for my boys and making Christmas magical, not just a chore.

December’s Blog Growth Goals in Numbers
I still didn’t quite hit my 3,500 views goal in November, but I was close. So I think for December I can use that momentum and finally hit a milestone goal and end the year strong:
- Pinterest: 200,000
My Glow Timeline
Here is a little timeline for those who are feeling overwhelmed or are curious what their growth journey could look like.
- March 2025: Ditched my mommy blogging Instagram page with 10,000 followers to create my Let’s Glow brand. I channelled my focus into intentional motherhood and natural wellness. I narrowed down my affiliate links to only the products I truly love and use every day.
- May 2025: Realized I wanted something more, and started my blog (read how here). Reached 225 views, with the biggest referrer being Instagram.
- June 2025: Started publishing blog posts and posting on Pinterest. Reached 110 views, with the biggest referrer being Facebook.
- July & August 2025: Had a busy summer. Focused on my mental health and struggled with my direction forward managing my online business. July’s views reached 72 and August’s 79, with referrers being about equally Facebook and Instagram.
- September 2025: Decided to delete the social media apps for my mental health and focus on my blog and manage my socials with Meta Business Suite. September’s views reached 820, with the biggest referrer being Pinterest, followed by Facebook and then Instagram. Search engine referrals started becoming substantial. Applied for AdSense but didn’t qualify.
- October 2025: Continued my new growth strategy. October’s views reached 1,790, with the biggest referrer being Pinterest. Search engine referrals kept increasing. I applied for AdSense for a second time and got rejected again.
- November 2025: Took a break from my blog growth strategy and let my hard work work for itself. November’s views reached 3,338, with the biggest referrer being Pinterest. I applied for AdSense for a third time and got rejected again.
Sharing My Blog Growth Journey
I decided to start sharing these numbers because as a new blogger, I felt totally overwhelmed (and insecure) with blog growth strategy. But the secret isn’t complicated or hard; it’s just consistency. Blogging is the long game, and most people quit after just a few months. So I wanted to share my journey and my growth in real time, not only so I can see my own progress but so that others can see the reality of starting a blog. You will not reach those 10,000 views a month quickly. It takes time and investment. But, it pays off, because like I saw in November, I could take a step back and my growth did not suffer.
If my blog growth posts have helped you, I’d love to hear about it in the comments!
